Presentations in public are usually part of everyday professional life and of course at universities. Many look at presentations, oral examinations and speaking in front of several people (e.g. in meetings and teams) with unease. They prefer to avoid being in the limelight.

In this workshop, the participants will get an introduction to presence and performance work, in order to be able to call on their skills and to be able to present convincingly. The focus is on practical inputs and tools as well as on their immediate application and testing. At the beginning, the focus is on our body language and how to use it consciously and purposefully during a performance. Furthermore, the participants will get a speech training programme which optimally prepares their voice optimally for a performance. The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with a basic set of practical and effective tools to be able to present with a clear voice and a self-confident performance.

This workshop is the first in a series of workshops. The workshops can be attended individually or as a series. It is also possible to get a one-to-one coaching session with Nina Severin afterwards.
