participants of empowerMINTDoc Networks and cooperation can be of enormous importance for one’s career and positioning in the scientific community. Contacts with friends, relatives or colleagues are constantly used. People exchange information, ask for advice and give support. Systematically built up and regularly developed, every kind of contact can be used for personal and professional success. There are many ways to make (meaningful) contacts during your studies. The workshop gives you the opportunity to visualise your current network in a short time and is particularly suitable for planning your (academic) career, solving problem situations, reorienting yourself professionally and much more. With the help of the so-called network map, one's own network is subjected to a systematic analysis and a network strategy plan is then developed in relation to the individual objectives of the participants. In the second part of the workshop, the participants learn how to introduce themselves in a short, concise and goal-oriented way and how networking in social media can be implemented and used.
Please bring with you your smartphone and your laptop if possible. |

The workshop is free of charge for participants of the programme empowerMINTDoc. The costs are covered by the Professorinnenprogramm III. |
